An emotional video of a healthcare worker mom reuniting with her daughters after almost 2 months has surfaced on the internet and gone viral. Susie, who works at the OPD at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in England, was away from her daughters Hettie (7) and Bella (9) from nine weeks as she was on duty amid the novel coronavirus outbreak.

The little girls were sent to live with their aunt to keep them safe. They had not seen their mum for 9 weeks. Susie decided to surprise them with a visit, and the video of their emotional reunion has left netizens crying happy tears.

The viral video shows Bella and Hettie sitting on a sofa in the backyard of their aunt’s house. That’s when the frontline warrior sneaked in and stood behind them. One of the daughters turned around and screamed “Mummy” in absolute amazement. What followed next was some tight hugs and happy tears.

Twitter user Charlotte Savage shared the endearing clip on June 2.

The video has garnered over 2.2 million views since being shared. The emotional clip left the internet teary-eyed and they took to the comments section to express the same.
